For the months of March and April, 2011 BookMaker is holding the $65,000 Race to the Top, a promotion in which players can win a share of $65K each month, a total of $130,000 cash being awarded over the two-month promotional period.
BookMaker is holding a promotion for March and April of 2011 called the $65,000 Race to the Top works in which the site is rewarding players with extra points for participating in certain online poker tournaments with guaranteed prize pools at the site. For example, you get 5 extra points for every guaranteed tournament you participate in with a guarantee of lower than $1,000. On the opposite end of the spectrum you get 500 extra points for participating in the $50,000 guaranteed event.
A leaderboard will be shown on the site at all times, displaying the top ranking players according to points earned. The top 350 finishers on the leaderboard will win a share of the $65,000 guaranteed prize pool for the monthly period. The lowest share, going to places 254-350, will be $10 each. All of the players in the top 137 will win at least $100.
The 1st place finisher on the leaderboard will get $7,500. Second place will get $3,500; third will get $2,500. All of the top dozen players will win a cash prize of at least $1,000.
