With the start of NFL football season upon us, Intertops Casino is holding a $60,000 Back to Football promotion.

To kids, September means going back to school. But to grown-ups it means going back to football. And with the start of the 2011 NFL season this week, Intertops Casino is kicking off a Back to Football promotion with a $60,000 guaranteed prize pool.

All you have to do to participate is play as you normally would at Intertops Casino, accumulating points as you do so. Points will be tracked on the Back to Football Scoreboard, and awarded as follows: one points for every $1,000 bet or every $500 in profits or losses. To keep the contest fair, giving light players as much of a chance of winning as avid players, Intertops Casino is running 6 different scoreboards for different points ranges.

At the end of the promotional period, on October 3, 2011, the top 13 players will be awarded Grand Prizes, splitting a guaranteed prize pool of $3,000 in cash as follows: the top two in levels 2, 3 and 4 will each get $200, $300 and $400, respectively, and the top three players in levels 5 and 6 will each get $500 and $1,000, respectively.

In addition, every Monday and Thursday players will be selected at random to receive a free Back to Football bonus, simply for being in the right place at the right time. On Monday, Intertops will select 150 players based on performance between the previous Thursday and Sunday. On Thursdays, 50 players will be chosen based on their performance between the previous Monday and Wednesday.
