To help promote this new offering, William Hill Poker is holding Weekly $1,500 Speed Poker Raked Hands Leaderboards, a contest starting August 7, 2012, running Tuesdays through Sundays and awarding $1,500 guaranteed in each weekly period. There are 3 such races in all throughout August, and players need to complete a minimum of 1,500 raked hands to be eligible for a prize. The top 50 leaderboard finishers get paid out.

There are also weekly Speed Poker freeroll tournaments on the schedule with real money prize pools.
