From April 8th to April 17th, Full Tilt Poker is holding an event called Take 2 in which they’ll be giving away twice the Full Tilt Points (FTPs) for play at certain of their tables.

There are two ways to earn double points in Full Tilt Poker’s Take 2 promotion. You can either multi-table in a minimum of two simultaneous cash ring game tables or simply play at any single Rush Poker table during the allotted time period. Be aware, if you take the multi-tabling approach, you get double the points from both tables. If you take the Rush Poker route, you earn double points faster than you ever could at any normally paced cash ring game.

The double points you earn during the Take 2 promotion are good for a variety of rewards from the Full Tilt Poker Store, not least being iPods and Plasma televisions. You can also use your double FTPs for a Full Tilt Poker jersey or to gain entry into any number of exclusive FTPs Sit & Go tournaments and FTP Multi-Table tournaments.

You can stay on top of how you’re doing in the promotion at the Take 2 tab of the My Promotions section in your personal Full Tilt Poker lobby and there you’ll see how many bonus points you’ve earned in the promotion. Keep in mind, bonus points are deposited into your account as soon as possible, but could take up to as long as an hour after you’ve earned them for your accounted to be credited them.
