William Hill Poker’s $50,000 January Kick Start promotion features two big races: the Double Up SNG Race and Speed Poker Races.

Earlier in the week we brought you word of William Hill Poker’s $50,000 January Kick Start promotion, which includes the $16,000 Cash Battle for cash game players. It also includes 2 big races: Speed Poker Races and Double Up SNG Races.

The Speed Poker Races offer $1,000 up for grabs each week in January, divided among the top 50 players, based on the amount of WH Points each player earns at those tables during a given weekly race period. The race periods are: January 1 – 7, January 8 – 14, January 15 – 21, and January 22 – 28.

The Double Up SNG Poker Race, by contrast, is a single race that lasts from January 1st to 28th, with a guaranteed prize pool up for grabs of $10,000. To participate, play at the Double Up SNG tables during the promotional period, earning leaderboard points as you do so, based on your finishing position in each tournament. Finish in the top 100 on a leaderboard tracking those points earnings and win a share of that $10K prize pool, up to $1,000.

Players can view a Speed Poker Races Leaderboard live at the site at all times throughout the promotional period to check their position and potential prize.
