The 2011 World Series of Poker Main Event is almost over. All that’s left to be played is the final table, happening this November. The playing field for the event is now down the November Nine – the 9 players who’ve outlasted the rest, one of whom will claim the 2011 WSOP championship title.

Another World Series of Poker is at an end, with the only event left to finish out being the main event, in which the playing field has been whittled down to the last nine players – the November Nine, comprising the final table of the 2011 WSOP Main Event. One of the following nine players will be crowned 2011 WSOP champion and claim the $8.7 million grand prize.

Martin Staszko – the 35-year-old chip leader from the Czech Republic

Matt Giannetti – a 26-year-old poker pro from Las Vegas, entering the final table third in chips

Phil Collins of Las Vegas, fourth in chips

Ben Lamb – another 26-year-old Las Vegas poker pro, fifth in chips

Badih Bounahra – a 49-year-old from Belize, sixth in chips
