The basic goal of blackjack is to make a hand with a value that is closer to 21. The hand value must be closer to 21 than that of the dealer. Keep in mind that you’re playing against the dealer and not against the other players. That’s why; it is important that you study the moves of the dealer very well. But before that, you need to learn how to identify the value of each card in order to make a concise value and win.
 
An ace is worth either 1 or 11. On the other hand, 2 to 10 cards equal their face value while the face cards are equivalent to 10. How can you complete the value of 21? Well, determining the value of your cards is definitely easy. You just need a strong memory and basics in simple addition. For instance, you have one ace, a four and a seven. If you add the three cards, they are worth 21.
