Playboy Branded Live Dealer Studio Launches – Another Industry first for Microgaming
Live Dealer just got sexy! In an industry-first deal, Microgaming has launched Playboy Live Dealer; bringing bunnies and the high life to the world of online casinos.
An iconic lifestyle brand established by Hugh Hefner in 1953, Playboy is leveraging its 97% global brand awareness, over 7.8 million Facebook fans and 17 million monthly unique visitors to Playboy.com to grow its presence in online gaming.
The brand’s trademark style is now represented in the form of Live Dealer gaming, Microgaming’s first-class live platform. The atmosphere of the studio evokes the original famed Playboy Club – complete with dealers dressed in the signature Playboy bunny costume. An opulent studio coupled with striking lights sets the glamour and opulence that has been associated with Playboy.
The new Live Dealer studio, encompassing the full suite of Live Dealer games including roulette, blackjack and baccarat, is now live with a number of Microgaming operators. The Playboy branded studio provides operators with a huge marketing opportunity to acquire new players, as it is a unique gaming platform that will appeal to a worldwide audience.
The licensing agreement with Playboy also allows the creation of RNG casino games, and the development of a real-money video slot, due for release to Microgaming operators in the next few months.
