This weekend, April 23 and 24, 2011, Bookmaker Casino will be hosting its latest casino tournament with $1,500 in cash prizes to be awarded.

Bookmaker Casino is constantly running casino tournaments, each one featuring a different game at the site. The latest Bookmaker Casino Tournament is coming up this weekend, April 23 – 24, 2011 and involves the Retro Sci-Fi game.

The rules for this and all Bookmaker MultiHand Casino Tournaments are the same. They are all leaderboard tournaments where players vie for top spot on a leaderboard based on their performance in 50 hands of play. Players who register are issued tournament chips which are only valid for play in the tournament. Any player whose chips fall to $0 before finishing their 50th hand or round of play will be disqualified from the tournament. In other words, you must play 50 full rounds of the featured game in order to land yourself a spot on the leaderboard. A player may rebuy into a tournament as many times as he or she likes, but only their top performing entry of 50 completed hands will count toward the promotion, meaning a player can only win one prize in any given tournament.

Qualifying hands (or turns, rounds, call them what you will) have a minimum bet of 1 chip and a maximum bet of 100 chips.

First prize in a Bookmaker Casino tournament is $700; second prize is $350; third is $150, fourth and fifth places get $100 each and sixth and seventh places get $50 each.
